8:00 6:00 Phone 475-3131 Senior citizen's rules of road review course A review course on The Rules of the Road, official driving regulations, will be offered by Secretary of State Michael Howlett's office for senior citizens. The course will be held Nov. 17, 18 and 19 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the First Christian Church in Gibson City, sponsored by the Gibson City Telecare Service. The course includes a complete review of Illinois highway driving laws, and each participant will be given an official vision test.

According to Howlett, the Rules of the Road Review Course is not a driving class. It is aimed at current good drivers, whose knowledge of present rules may not be up-to-date. Nearly of older drivers fail the driving test each year due to anxiety and lack of knowledge of specific details of regulations, Howlett said.
