The bridge gang on the Illinois Central railroad, who make their headquarters in this city, now number almost a hundred men. At present they are working on a bridge near Harps- ter. They have a complete concrete equipment for making their concrete posts and other parts for their bridges, located near the Illinois Central tank Ronth of this city. The men live In cars provided for them by the rail road company. Mr.
