Dick Geiken Leaves $48,642 Estate The estate of Dick Geiken, who died Dec. 2, 1955, Is valued at (48.642.28, the inheritance tax return shows. The property includes a farm in Greene township appraised at 450 per acre for a total value of $38,700. Inheriting one-seventh of the estate or J6948.90 each are Harm J. Geiken of Benson, a brother, Kate Geiken and Christine Peterson of Benson, and TiWe DeHart, Crescent City, all sisters.

CHILDREN of John A. Geiken, a deceased brother, who inherit 1-21 share or $2316.30 each are Beulah V. Bennett of Aurora, Leota D. Laffins of Shawnee, and Gwendolyn L. Phillips of Morton.

Their tax is $108.98 each. Children of Jacob Geiken, also a deceased brother, who inherit 1-28 shares of $1737.22 each are Lloyd Geiken and Jacob Fred Geiken, R. 5, Burlington, Betty Ann Brummet Lincoln; Lois E. Lambourn, Aurora. Tax due from each is $74.23.

Harlan G. Johnson of Washington, a son of Sena Johnson, deceased sister, receives $6948.90, or a l-7th share. His tax is $386.93. Siebert Estate Totals $52,114 A net estate of $52,114.26 was left by Friedrlch Slebert of Montgomery township, who died April 15, according to the Inheritance tax return set for hearing in county court Dec. 10.

The widow, Anna Slebert of Congerville, who inherits all personal property and life estate in all real estate, receives $15,077.36. Eleven children who inherit $3366.97 each are Henry Siebert of Hudson, Frederick of Peoria Walter, Reinhold, Honnas all of Congerville, Hilda Book of Bloomington, Anna Slebert of Peoria, Clara Burr of East Peoria, Irene Springer, R. 2, Bloomington, Mina Martino and Betty Stephens of Congerville. Share In $73,452 Winkler Estate Farmland in Woodford, Lee and McLean county valued at $59,317 is included in a $73,432 estate listed in the inheritance tax return of Wallace Winkler of Metamora. Mr.

Winkler died July 20 leaving his property to a sister Christine Winkler of Metamora, and two brothers Sidney Winkler of Chenoa and Elmer E. Winkler of Meta- Elmer R. Schlrer. Hearing on heirship. Certificate of evidence as to heirship signed and filed.
