Monday at Brokaw Hospital in Normal. He had been a patient two weeks. His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the United odist Church, with the Rev. Irving Kenyon and the Rev.

Henry Cox officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may call at the cent Memorial Home. He was born June 2, 1898, at El Paso, a son of Edward and Betty Mayne Burroughs. He married Nora Punke Nov.

He was employed for 27 yeats by the Woodford County Highway department and for seven years by the Pfister Hybrid Corn Company. He and his wife owned and operated a motel in El Paso for 20 years. He served as third ward alderman 12 years and was also a member of the Jefferson for, Park School Board. He was a member of the Unit-, ed Methodist Church and had served on the church board. Mrs.

Thompson FAIRBURY (PNS) Mrs. Kathryn Thompson died at her home in Tucson, Sunday morning. She was the wife of Bob Thompson, formerly of Strawn. Funeral services have tentatively been set for Thursday at the Adair Funeral Home in Tucson. Surviving are her husband and five step children, Mrs.

Norma Mehrkens, Fairbury; Mrs. JoAnn Beck, Columbus, Mrs. Judith Ebert, La Cuscentia, Major Robert Thompson, Tampa, Sgt. David Thompson, Columbus, seven step grandchildren. George Schroeder DWIGHT (PNS) George Schroeder, 76, of 5158 Long Branch Lane, Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Dwight, died at 5:30 p.m.

Monday at Monterey Nursing Home at Columbus. He had been a patient several weeks. His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Von Qualen Funeral Home, with the Rev. Walter G.

Batty officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. He was born Oct.

7, 1891, in Waltham County, a son of John P. and Ida Messerve Schroeder. He married Bertha Grush in Dwight, Sept. 6, 1916. Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs.

Evelyn Forsberg, Columbus, Ohio; three sisters, Mrs. Pearl Gemmill, Dwight; Mrs. Ida Watson, Ames, Iowa; Mrs. Catherine Houck, Hector, Minn. His parents, five brothers and a sister preceded him in death.

He was a rural mail carrier from the Dwight post office 32 years until his retirement in October, 1961. They moved from Dwight about a year ago. He was a member of the Dwight Masonic Lodge. Mrs. Janie Gaston McLEAN The funeral of Mrs.

Janie Gaston, 87, who died Friday, will be at 2 p.m. today at the Lashmet Funeral Home in Toledo, Ill. She was born at Toledo, in 1881, a daughter of W. P. and Hannah Alexander Jackson, She was married to Isaac Gaston in 1899.

Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. Hubert Boswell, of McLean and eight sons. Her husband, a son, and a daughter preceded her in death. Ancil Fry COOKSVILLE Ancil Fry, 78, died at 2:55 p.m. Monday at St.

Joseph's Hospital in Bloomington. He had been ill four years. His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Cooksville Methodist Church, with burial in Frankenberger Cemetery at Ellsworth. Visitation will be from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m.

Wednesday at the Harper Funeral Home in Colfax. He was born at Arrowsmith, Sept. 8, 1889, a son of John and Ida Crutcher Fry. He married Minnie Lucille Grant Sept. 9, 1919, at Ellsworth.

Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. Helen Savage, Mobil-Land Trailer Court, Bloomington; Mrs. Clara Hardesty, R.R. 3, Bloomington; Mrs. Vera Hayes, The Pantagraph B-9 Bloomington-Normal, Ill.

Sunday at her home. She died of an apparent heart Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church with the Rev. John D.

Meyer officiating. Burial will be in Glen Dale Cemetery. Friends may call at the becker Mortuary and at the church for one hour before the funeral. She was born Nov. 14, 1925, at Washington, a daughter of August and Rickie Oertle Rider.

She was married to Howell Therrell, April 26, 1952, at Cor(inth, Miss. She is survived by her husband; her father of Washington; two brothers, Charles and Clarence Rider, both of Washington; two sisters, Olga Ropp, Tremont, and Mrs. Lucille Broers, Roanoke. She was preceded in death by her mother. She was a member of the local American Legion Auxiliary and the Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Mae O'Neill LINCOLN (PNS) Mrs. Mae O'Neill, 49, of 112 Sixth Street, apparently stricken with a brain hemorrhage at her home early Sunday evening, died at 4:40 a.m. Monday at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital. Her funeral will be at 9:30 a.m.

Thursday at St. Patrick's Church, with the Rev. D. F. Monaghan officiating.

Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Kerrigan Funeral Home. The Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Mrs. O'Neill was born July 30, 1919 in Lawndale, a daughter of Levi and Ada Naugle Biggs. She was married to Leo O'Neill Aug. 1, 1953 in Lincoln. Surviving are her husband; two sons, Patrick and Michael, both at home: a twin brother, Emmett Biggs, Lawndale; a half brother, Clifford Biggs, Long Beach, Calif.

Mrs. O'Neill was a member of St. Patrick's Church and the Altar and Rosary Society. She was a beautician. Mrs.

Suedmeier LINCOLN (PNS) Mrs. Florence Suedmeier, 68, died at 1:45 a.m. Monday at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital. Her funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Holland and Barry Funeral Home, with the Rev.

L. H. Appel officiating. Burial will be in Mount Pulaski Cemetery. Visitation will be 7 to 9 p.m.

Tuesday at the funeral home. She was born Nov. 17, 1898, near Chestnut, a daughter of John and Grace Barlow McDonald, Her husband Herbert Suedmeier, preceded her in death. Surviving are a son, Gordon, Hartsburg; five sisters, Mrs. Esther Biedler, Mrs.

Mrs. Amelia Cimara ATLANTA (PNS) Mrs. Amelia Cimara, 86, died Monday at St. Anthony's Hospital in Chicago. She is a former Atlanta resident.

Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the G. H. Tuttle residence in Atlanta, with the Rev. Paul R.

Beach officiating. Burial will be in Atlanta Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-5 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Tuttle residence. The Quiram Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She was born June 1, 1882, in Atlanta, a daughter of Horace and Mary Logue Angel. She was married to Frank Eaton. He died Sept. 7, 1939. She married James Cimara.

He died in February, 1967. Surviving are a son, Clare- mont Eaton, Chicago; a sister, Mrs. Ada Hornbeck, Bloomington; two grandchildren; greatgrandchild. A brother preceded her death. She member Methodist Church.
