In medium skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of the corn oil over medium heat. Add sesame seed and garlic. Stirring frequently, cook 1 minute or until lightly browned.

2. Add peanut butter to skillet and heat, stirring until melted. Stir in broth, com syrup, soy sauce and vinegar until well blended. Pour into bowl. Cover; refrigerate about 2 hours or until well chilled.

3. In large bowl, toss together noodles and remaining 1 tablespoon com oil until well coated. Cover; refrigerate. 4. Just before serving, toss together cold noodles and peanut butter sauce until well mixed.

Gamish with green onion slices. Makes 4 servings Note: Aduh supervision is needed when using a skillet. Children can toss the cold noodles and sauce together.
