Cassie Nicole McGinnis was born Oct. 8, 1999, the first child of Ken and Lee Ann McGinnis of Bloomington. The 6-pound, 13-ounce baby is a granddaughter of Patricia Sipes of Bloomington, and Lindell and Vera McGinnis of Washington. Oct. 8, 1999, is the birth date for Austin Allen McWethy, first child of Brad and Penny McWethy of 46 Deville Drive, Bloomington.

Great-grandparents are Betty Clarence and Marguerite Wilcox of 905 E. Empire Bloomington, have received word of the Oct. 14, 1999, birth of a great-grandson, Sean Michael Wilcox. The 7-pound, 1 -ounce baby is the son of Chad Grant and Meagan Wilcox of Mesa, Ariz. Austin Grant, 4, is their other child.

The new arrival shares the middle name of his maternal grandfather and an uncle. He is a grandson of Gerald R. and Marilyn K. Watkins of Clinton, and James R. and Marion E. Arnfleld of Winfleld.
